Through JA Inspire and JA Career Exploration Fair, Junior Achievement (JA) connects students with employers, industries, and career pathways that help them envision what’s next for their future. These experiences give students the opportunity to engage with professionals, explore careers, and better understand the skills and training needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

Both events center around the JA Journeys: the major industries and economic drivers of the Mid-South. Through these journeys, students connect with professionals, discover career opportunities, and learn how their interests and skills can translate into future success.

JA Inspire is a large-scale, hands-on career exploration experience designed for middle school students. Industry exhibitors provide interactive activities and experiences that help students explore careers, develop awareness of workplace skills, and discover opportunities available in the Mid-South.

JA Career Exploration Fair is a smaller, more conversational experience designed for high school students. Industry partners connect directly with students to discuss career pathways, education and training requirements, workplace expectations, and opportunities available after high school.
