As an educator participating in JA Inspire Virtual, your role involves guiding and supporting your students through their career exploration journey:

Before the event, you introduce the program, distribute materials, and facilitate preparation sessions to help students understand what to expect. 

During the virtual fair, you monitor their participation, ensuring they engage with the content and interact with exhibitors. During this virtual event, students’ minds will open as they are immersed in our 5 regional journeys:

After the event, you lead reflection sessions and assign follow-up activities to reinforce their learning. This involvement helps keep students motivated, supports their career readiness, and integrates seamlessly into your existing curriculum. By actively participating, you help students make informed decisions about their future careers and educational paths.
